Common questions

A file won't upload: use JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF up to 10 MB and 10 pages, or paste the text.
A date looks wrong: edit it on the review screen before approving. The highlighted quote shows where it came from.
Processing failed: no credits are used for failed processing. Try the import again.

Sharing responsibilities

Assigning a task and accepting it are separate steps. Check its acceptance status to see whether the caregiver has agreed to handle it. Mark it complete only after the work is done.

New household signup

New household signup is currently closed while the final policies and operator details are prepared. You can use the fictional example without an account. Existing accounts can still sign in.
