School messages in. A family plan out.
Paste a message or upload a screenshot or PDF. Family Inbox turns the school and activity messages you add into events, deadlines and preparation tasks. Review each suggestion, decide who handles it, and see what tomorrow needs.
New household signup isn't open yet. When it opens: 5 processing credits for 7 days, no card needed.

Keep the next school day organized
- Reusable checklistsSave a list like "swim bag" once and add it to any activity as preparation tasks.
- Weekly reviewSee the week from Monday to Sunday, what has no owner, and print it or download a CSV.
- Needs attentionReview notices and find responsibilities that need an owner, acceptance or action.
Family Inbox doesn't send reminders, pay fees or submit forms for you. An assignment shows whether the caregiver has accepted it. Acceptance does not mark the task complete.
How it works
- 01Add a notice
Paste a message, or upload a screenshot or PDF you chose. You see the credit cost before anything is processed.
- 02Check the suggestions
Each proposed date and task quotes the words it came from. Uncertain dates are flagged. Edit, approve or discard.
- 03Decide who handles it
Approved items join your shared plan. Pick an owner for each one, then see what's due today and tomorrow.
One price for the household
$49 once, for 12 calendar months
- No automatic renewal. You decide whether to renew.
- Up to six adult accounts, each with their own sign-in.
- 150 processing credits shared by the household each monthly allowance period. Unused credits don't roll over.
- Manual edits, approvals, plan views, search, checklists, weekly reviews and CSV/print exports use no credits. If enabled, scheduled reminders and weekly digest email use no processing credits either.
One credit = one pasted message, one non-empty email body, one image, or one PDF page. A notice with no dates or tasks found still uses its credits, because it was processed successfully. Failed processing, exact duplicates and system retries never use credits.
Full terms, refunds and data retentionWhat it doesn't do
- It doesn't reply to schools, pay fees, sign forms or send calendar invitations.
- It only knows about notices you add, so it can't promise nothing is missed.
- Email forwarding and calendar subscriptions aren't available yet.
Questions
- Does it read my whole inbox?
- No. You choose each message, screenshot or PDF to add. Family Inbox never scans an entire Gmail or Outlook account.
- Does anything join our plan automatically?
- No. The app proposes items; an adult reviews and approves each one before it becomes part of your plan.
- Who can see our notices?
- Only accepted adults in your household. Children do not have accounts.
- What file types work?
- Pasted text, JPEG, PNG, WebP and PDF (up to 10 pages). For other formats such as HEIC photos, export to JPEG or paste the text.
- Can it make mistakes?
- Yes. Every proposed date shows the exact words it came from, and anything uncertain is flagged for you to confirm.
- What happens to the original files?
- Our policy is to remove originals and full text 30 days after import. Automatic removal is not running yet, and new household signup is closed. Please do not upload real school or activity notices until retention controls are active. You can delete a notice yourself at any time. Approved items and short supporting quotes stay with your plan.
